What’s the best way to stay informed?
How often does RASA host clean-ups?
River Aid San Antonio hosts 2-3 Saturday cleanups a month, weather permitting. There is always an opportunity right around the corner!
Check our Opportunity Calendar to view our upcoming dates. Locations will be decided 7 – 14 days before the cleanup to ensure we address the waterway in the most need.

How do I become involved in water quality monitoring?
We check in all of our volunteers on-site so no need to fill out any volunteer forms before. Just show up prepared to participate!

How can I report a site that needs to be cleaned?
We have a form for that! Fill out a recon request here for our staff to access your recommended site for a cleanup.
How do I collaborate to plan a clean-up?

What should I bring?
We ask all volunteers to bring a reusable water bottle, and wear closed-toed shoes and active clothing (long sleeves recommended)…other than that just bring a smile and some work ethic! All cleanup supplies and equipment will be provided.
Is there an age restriction to participate?
We welcome volunteers of all ages, but we ask that anyone 17 years or younger come with a guardian to sign our volunteer waiver on their behalf.
I can’t make it to a clean-up, how do I get involved?
River Aid San Antonio is a 501c3 nonprofit which relies on donations from the community the San Antonio River Basin. Join RASA today through a donation.
